His unique experience and grasp of the market, coupled with his ability to provide fast, accurate underwriting solutions, gives our customers an edge in this challenging market when every decision is critical. There are never any up-front fees. 24 hours is the typical turnaround time for title commitments and in most cases we can provide them in a matter of hours. We do this by utilizing our in-house title search team, thereby providing the highest level of service to our customers.
