What can I say? Sheree Akins at Frontier Title Group was simply awesome! I very rarely give stellar reviews (let alone take the time to review at all) but I must say Sheree deserves this review. She was professional, knowledgeable, insightful, thorough, efficient, resourceful and patient. I never expected to work with someone under such a time crunch who was so smart and spot on AND also caring and reliable. She was there to answer all my questions and if she didn’t have the answers she directed me to the right person. I feel very lucky to have worked with such an experienced and caring person. If it weren’t for Sheree I don’t think our refinance would have happened. But with her advice and proactive stance, we were able to close the refinance despite all the obstacles. She really helped get us beyond the minor roadblocks. If I ever have to close on a refinance again (hopefully I won’t have to...hehe) I will absolutely use Sheree and I would highly recommend her to all my friends in need of her services. It’s not common to find someone who is willing to go that extra mile for you and take the time to work out all the details and answer all your questions but Sheree is that person.
